Orders are carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Pre-orders, custom items, event kits, and made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control once your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Create It With Robin is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, or orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
